I've been seeing a LOT of women/celebs (i.e. Jessica Simpson, and Jessica Biel) with a updated bob this year...it tends to be slightly longer, and more layered than the traditional bob, and can easily be worn straight OR curly.
Normally, I don't really consider shorter hair to be all that sexy, but this style really can be!What are the latest hairstyles for women?

get layers if ur face is heart shaped
keep it long if ur face is round

Slick straight, usually with a straightening iron. ALthough lately from what I've seen it's an ';anything goes'; thing. Oh, also with the straight hair, also usually with bangs and parted on the side.
