Japanese hairstyles for women!?? (pics inside)?

I am getting my hair cut tomorrow and stumbled across a Japanese hairstyle website. I would love for my hairstylist to do something like this, but I don't know how to go about telling him what to do.

So you notice that the bottom is different than what we wear in the western hemisphere. Is the bottom razored? Does it have a lot of layers? Thick or thin? I would very much appreciate as much information as I can get ^^. (btw when my hair is razored, it naturally tends to curl like that)Japanese hairstyles for women!?? (pics inside)?
The cuts are long layers and razored. If your hair is asian straight you may want to reconsider. If your hair will curl easily than go for it.
