It depends on your face shape, actually. But you can get earthy tones if you have brown eyes to further complement them, and some highlights to let them stand out further. But I've noticed that long, dark hair that are wavy from the ear and below look amazing on women with big eyes.
a fringe suits anyone with a wide forehead or large eyes, flattering swept to one side and darker hair colours like a deep brown or Burgundy, lighter shades will draw attention to your eyes and some colours make you look ';all eyes';. wear a lipstick that is a medium shade like a rose or a med caramel if natural tones suit you. stay away from eyeliners and mascara.
